Apply with a manifesto and a faction

Write a short pitch. For city-tier (country-level) elections you also pick a faction ticket — Greens, Builders, Welfare, Tradition, Tech, or Public Service. Bots fill empty slates so every cycle has at least three real candidates.

The phase scheduler runs every 60 seconds: announcement → application → campaign → voting → result → term. State-tier elections add a runoff round if no one clears 50%. City-tier uses Mixed-Member Proportional. The winner banner declares the result.

If you win — govern

The Leader Console is a Counties-Work-style request queue: citizen requests with names + costs, two tax sliders (property + sales), a budget that earns income every 2 minutes based on your tax rates, and a cabinet you fill with up to three of the losing candidates.
