Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bithereum007 (the "Service"), operated by Country Trips LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that this is true.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service.
• Cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate game mechanics, rewards, ads, or voting.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security or operation.

4. Virtual items, credits & rewards

The Service includes in-app virtual items such as points, hearts, and in-app credits (including "BTLM007" in-app credits). These are a limited, revocable license to use a feature of the Service. They have no cash value, are not money or a financial instrument, are not the on-chain BTLM007 token, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items. Optional rewarded ads let you earn in-app hearts; watching ads is never required.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe and, where applicable, by the Apple App Store or Google Play (for digital items bought inside the mobile apps). Physical goods (e.g., vending) are processed separately. Prices and availability may change. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, purchases of virtual items are non-refundable.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the rights to it.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Country Trips LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Early-phase platform; "as is"

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available", and is under active development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Country Trips LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
